The Demag LBS travel wheel is a robust, universal travel wheel system that is designed for a wide range of applications.
This travel wheel system is designed to support travel applications with maximum wheel loads of up to 6.5 t (at 100 m/min). It can achieve a travel speed of up to 240 m/min. Even at unusual temperatures (-20°C to +60°C) the travel wheel system runs flawlessly and without malfunctions. There is also the possibility of extending the system yourself; with the flexible modular solutions everyone is well-equipped to undertake this.
The LBS travel wheel system is available in two versions:
- LBS A: Excellent damping and rolling characteristics combined with high load capacity – consisting of two wheel flanges and spheroidal graphite iron
- LBS F: For low running noise and very good traction and equipped with Hydropur tyres
